So if man landed on the moon, where are all the medical reports for Aldren and Armstrong?

I seem to remember them quite fit when coming back. that was one thing the Russians mentioned, when doubting the moon landing. Their astronauts were very tired and barely able to stand, while some Americans jumped out of the capsule as if they never went out there.

They were there for only a few hours.

Yes but wasn't it a multi-day round trip? ... Appears it took about 8 days round trip. At least for Apollo 11. If they did indeed land I would think that would slow down the zero gravity effects a little bit since the moon has some gravity. Mr Search engine claims about 1/6th of earth's

It does beg the question or at least invite speculation that if we do achieve Elon's goal of space colonization we would likely end up evolving in separate paths and would probably over a sufficient amount of time (which may be relatively short) realistically not be able to return home. If we were to realize some pipe dream of exchanging precious material resources it would likely need to be done in an automated unmanned fashion. If the colonization extended to multi-generations the probability would, it would seem to me, be ever higher that you could not or would not even want to return home even if it were technically possible because your body would no longer be suited for life on earth. Forced separation like that due to the body's evolved physical constraints would certainly make it harder for us to get in to fights. But I'm sure we'd find SOME reason to be angry at each other as an excuse to lob interplanetary A-bombs at each other

They want to colonize Mars? Such silliness. Why not spend the money to colonize the Sahara or Gobi instead…God made one planet viable for life…this one.

When I consider these effects on earthlings, makes me thank that any celestial visitor might need an exoskeleton or have shape similar to a jellyfish or amorphous blob, from extended space travel.

Or that celestial visitors maybe pretty unlikely.

Thank you for the detailed explanation and descriptions.
