I made a dramatic shift to low carb, intermittent fasting, daily excersize and red light therapy threes years ago. I lost 80 pounds, managed pain and lowered my A1C all without a single drug. This article is not a "what if" it is a "we can."

The best part is good health means good looks! Pharma side effects can kill and maim. If you think that few people have the terrible side effects they list at the end of TV advertisements, just think back to the vaccine side effects that impacted even young healthy people. Less reliance on Pharma also reduces healthcare costs. I have so many friends who seem to have a hobby of hanging out at their doctor’s office. So sad. One even got angry with me when I said I didn’t need counseling or therapy because I garden and spend a lot of time outside.

You are 100% correct. As a nurse in a family full of physicians I never go to doctors. Unless I had a medical emergency I stay far away.

Physicians don’t intentionally harm a patient. However, they are driven by money just as much as any politician.

Many diseases that Vaccines prevent diafigure, main or kill.

You have no idea what you are talking about and neither does Sharyl.

Wuhan Trump PseudoVax is not a vaccine and contains no antigen. The mRNA Does not make an exact copy of the virus antigen because of nucleotide substitutions. Even vials say modified nucleotide".

But I researched this at debt and the substitutions are the real problem but to technical to explain here to people that think Wuhan PseudoVax is a vaccine and irresponsibly smear real vaccines that work and have positive benefit risk profiles

A Chris Rock quote, "There is no money in the cure, it's in the medicine!" I eat healthy, work hard and don't need a doctor unless it is to stitch me up! The plandemic or scamdemic has ruined Canada's healthcare system because we had an idiot, Justin Trudeau, for PM. I call him Crime Minister Trudeau because he has ruined more than that. Doctors have to get back to being doctors and Government politicians have no business calling the shots on any pandemic from the corrupt WHO. No person needs supplements if they eat right.

Wouldn't it be best for us to NOT be coerced into "insurance" mandates, so that we could choose to spend that premium on actual treatments and cures?

I heartily agree with most of the above therapies. I practice grounding, and NIR-Red Light therapy.

Although I'm not opposed to meditation, the best meditative practice is prayer. Faith in God is the beginning of all healing.

To some yoga is stretching and breathing. That's it. It's not a religion. Each pose massages an organ. It's well thought out with many benefits. I always feel better after a nice stretch. Our overlords intentionally fooled us about yoga to keep us from helping ourselves. Let's not continue when we know better.

You can thank the Rockefellers for the prevalence of allopathic medicine over naturopathic medicine. It's all about the dollars, of course. Remember, in the medical business, a patient cured is a customer lost.
