All excellent suggestions except the sunglasses. Our eyes need sunlight & it does not cause cataracts.

Our eyes also regulate melanin production so if they’re covered by sunglasses there’s no feedback!

Wonderful stuff. However, sunglasses? Highly controversial. See 👇

Great list. I've found that reading an actual book, not an e book, in the hour before bed definitely helps with my sleep.

This is fantastic. I will restack. I would add the benefit of an anti-inflammatory, low-glycemic, low-oxalate, omnivorous, organic non-GMO diet. Also currently benefiting from magnesium and red-light therapy.

Tumeric can be toxic to the liver. Do the research! And distilled water lack essential minerals that you get in tap water! Nothing is simple.

Also, I doubt most ppl get enough calcium and magnesium in their diets. As far as I know-oral magnesium supplements are safe but calcium supplements can cause heart damage! Take adequate vitamin D supplements (or adequate sun exposure etc) to help absorb the calcium in your food. These are two essential minerals missing in reverse osmosis and distilled water. I’m learning too!

I will add “gratitude” to my bedtime prayers.

Bedtime prayers are great. But try to add morning prayers - the best way to start the day.

And thankfulness is indeed good for our health and well-being.

"...in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Sharyl - These are all wonderful suggestions. Like they say, the best things in life usually the most simple. One suggestion I’d like to add is to take MasterPeace drops - a formula comprising of Top grade nano Zeolite in a sea plasma solution. Been taking it for 6 months and starting to feel what it’s like to live with far less heavy metals, plastics, chemicals, EMF radiation and all the crap that is unavoidable if you eat, sleep, drink, walk on and breathe in this very toxic environment call planet earth. Do check it out.
